Reynolds Realty has been open since July 2004 with the main office in Palmetto (Manatee County).  We opened a second branch office in Riverview (Hillsborough County) in October 2005.  Linda Reynolds is the Broker of the company. 

Linda has over 30 years experience in Corporate America with a combination of Management and Computer Consulting with a vast array of computer background knowledge and education. 

Her past career has been customer serviced based so she fully understands the power of customer service and passes that same philosophy on to all of the agents within her company.  This attribute makes us stand out above the rest, because we put you first. 

For instance, one thing that sets us apart from other companies is our "Fire Me Anytime You Want Policy".  If you feel we are not doing the very best job to market and sell your home, you have the right to cancel the Listing Agreement at no cost or penalty to you.

  • We assign and record a 24/7 Toll-Free Info line.  Potential buyers can receive information on your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the Toll-Free number assigned to your home.
  • We create a custom Virtual Tour of your home, post it on the internet in several places.
  • We create custom FULL COLOR flyers for your yard sign.  (No black and white, copied over and over again flyers will be placed on your yard sign)!
  • We inform all the agents in our company at both office locations about your new listing
  • We pre-qualify all potential buyers before we bring them through your home.  We want to make sure the buyers are approved to buy in your homes price range.
  • Our Listing Coordinator schedules all the showings and informs you of all dates and times. She also requests feedback from the showing agents.
  • Your agent will follow up with you on a bi-weekly basis to inform you of the past weeks activity.
  • We will prepare the Listing Contract and provide you with the proper Sellers Disclosure forms to be filled out.
  • We provide the buyers of your home with a FREE one year American Home Shield Warranty.  (That’s a $395.00 value) at no cost to you. This reduces your after sale liability.
  • You will get your REALTOR's direct phone number, and if you leave a voice mail, we WILL return your call!
  • Our Closing Coordinator  works with the Mortgage Broker, Title Company, Inspectors, Appraisers, Surveyeors, and all REALTORS, to insure a smooth closing once your home goes under contract.
